Autocare 2023 entry is available to bona fide members of the automotive industry over the age of 15.

Attendees are required to have purchased a ticket to gain entry to the Event and proof of apprenticeship status, such as a student card and proof of place of employment such as a business card is required for holders of the lower priced apprentice ticket.

Business ID may be required upon entry eg. Business card, letterhead, payslip or company documentation containing your company ABN (this could be a company bill, company order, company registration certificate). You may also be asked for personal identification such as a drivers licence to substantiate your identification. All visitors must be able to provide proof they either work at or operate the company used in registration.

Those not involved in the automotive industry will not be admitted. Selling or promotion of products/services to exhibitors is not permitted. The Organiser reserves the right at their discretion to deny or withdraw access to non-approved persons.

The Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA) and Autocare puts the health and safety of employees, members and visitors first. Every attendee has the right to a safe and enjoyable Autocare experience.

Please do not attend Autocare 2023 if you:

  • are an active coronavirus (COVID-19) case
  • are feeling unwell and displaying COVID-19 symptoms or
  • have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days


Please Note: Visitors are no longer required to check in or have proof of vaccination status to access the BCEC.

The Autocare Trade Show will be free to attend for those who work in the automotive industry, however registration will be required HERE.

Yes. The Autocare training program is a ticketed event, with registration available HERE.

The Autocare Trade Show will also require registration. The Autocare Trade Show will be free to anyone in the automotive industry, however Autocare Trade Show registration WILL NOT grant access to the Autocare Training Programs. Trade Show registration is available HERE.

When registered, you will immediately receive two confirmation/proof of payment emails.  

IMPORTANT: A separate email will be sent to you within 48 hours of registration confirmation named “Autocare 2023 – SELECT YOUR SESSIONS TO SECURE YOUR PLACE”.  Please make sure you select the training sessions you wish to attend via this email. Sessions have limited places available, so spots are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

If you cannot find these emails, please check your focused/other, or junk or spam email folders.  If an email is still not found, please contact [email protected]

Attendees can click on the personalised link sent to them in the “Autocare 2023 – SELECT YOUR SESSIONS TO SECURE YOUR PLACE” email sent from [email protected] to view their registration details and update their session selection. To update your contact details, please contact [email protected].

You can register colleagues or employees by selecting the number of tickets and by following the prompts to enter each attendee’s details.

Refunds are available until COB 1st May 2023. After this time tickets may only be transferred into another name. To request a refund, please contact [email protected]

You must have purchased a ticket online to gain admission to the Autocare 2023 Training Programs.

To gain admission to the free Autocare Trade Show, you must have registered online, and can verify you are over 15 and work in the automotive industry.  Trade Show registration is available here.

 

Yes. To encourage the next generation of automotive technicians, Apprentices have been given special, heavily discounted pricing for the Autocare Training Programs. To view apprentice pricing and register, please CLICK HERE.

Please ensure you have a student card or alternate proof of apprentice status to show the registration staff on the day of the event.

Apprentices are also welcome to attend the Autocare Trade Show which is free of charge to those in the automotive industry.   

Proof of ticket purchase can be re-sent ahead of the event. Please email [email protected] with this request as required.

At the event our onsite registration staff will be able to assist you upon arrival with printing your visitor access card. You will not have to complete another registration form; your record will be on the database.

As long as you have registered for the event, please locate one of the self service kiosks at the venue, and follow the prompts to print your entry pass and lanyard.   Please have proof of ticket purchase and automotive industry employment proof available if requested.

Autocare 2023 is a trade only event and as such is restricted to attendance by automotive professionals only. This includes the Autocare Trade Show.

No, unfortunately there are no child-minding facilities available onsite.

Yes, a cloak room is available at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
