ADAS Modifications Industry Code

Introducing the ADAS Modifications Industry Code. As Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) become standard in modern vehicles, the challenge of ensuring safety and compliance when modifying these vehicles has never been greater. To address this, the industry has come together to develop the ADAS Modifications Industry Code —a practical framework designed to provide guidance on when and how ADAS testing should be conducted.

At this session, we will introduce the Code, outlining its key principles and how it supports both compliance and safe, roadworthy vehicle modifications. This is a critical step in ensuring that vehicle modifications align with evolving safety technologies while maintaining industry-led best practices.

Be part of the conversation as we take a major step forward in shaping the future of ADAS modifications in Australia.
