It Starts With a Spark-a Comprehensive Guide to Successful Ignition Acquisition and Waveform Analysis
ABOUT THE SESSION
This in-depth class covers all critical aspects of ignition analysis, including theory and operation, proper tooling and scope setup, waveform analysis, voltage and amperage, snap-throttle testing, ignition timing, and more.
Revisit diagnostic techniques that have been overshadowed by modern technology. While direct access to the ignition point has become more challenging, the laws of physics remain unchanged—making ignition waveform acquisition and analysis more valuable than ever.
Through real-world examples and case studies, attendees will learn how to effectively apply tools and techniques in a practical setting. The class is highly interactive and designed to build confidence through hands-on learning.Participants will leave with a strong understanding of ignition systems, how to acquire and analyze waveforms plus gain the confidence to choose the right tools, integrate waveform analysis into their diagnostics, and reduce reliance on time-consuming methods.
