One of the main components of an EV or hybrid vehicle is the high voltage battery. There are many different types and designs in use today and they all require routine checking and eventual replacement.

In this session Jeff Smit, Technical Editor & Head Trainer at The Automotive Technician (TaT) will look at the different types of high voltage batteries, how to analyse and diagnose faults and even how to determine the health of a high voltage battery pack.

This is a must attend session if you plan on working on EV’s or hybrid vehicles going forward.

Jeff is the consummate automotive technician professional who believes passionately in the need for constant training to stay ahead in the automotive repair industry. He owns and operates two auto electrical, general repair and air conditioning workshops in Sydney, and he was instrumental in establishing The Automotive Technician network with two partners in 2007.
