Autocare is a Convention comprising paid educational content and a free trade only display. Entry is restricted to bona fide members of the automotive industry and over the age of 16.

Business ID may be required upon entry eg. Business card, letterhead, payslip or company documentation containing your company ABN (this could be a company bill, company order, company registration certificate). You may also be asked for personal identification such as a drivers licence to substantiate your identification. All visitors must be able to provide proof they either work at or operate the company used in registration.

Those not involved in the automotive industry will not be admitted. Selling or promotion of products/services to exhibitors is not permitted. No photography or sketching permitted. Students will not be registered. Visitors failing to abide may be asked to leave the venue.

The Organiser reserves the right at their discretion to deny or withdraw access to non-approved persons.

Once registered as a bona fide trade visitor, attendance is free to the Trade Display.

The cost of the education content will be released closer to the Convention.

Yes all visitors must register.

Alternatively if you are only visiting the Trade Displays, you can register onsite when you arrive, however to avoid queues we recommend you pre-register. This will also ensure you receive approval prior to attending & receive registration confirmation for easy entry.

Note: when registering, full company details must be entered ie: company address, not personal address. All required fields must be completed in full, failing to provide full details may mean your registration is not approved.

Once you register online, you will receive your e-ticket shortly after completing the form. This ticket is required to take advantage of the self-registration terminals located at the entrance for quick entry. Your e-ticket is to be printed and taken with you.

Your e-ticket will also include details of the sessions you have booked.

Note that the organiser reserves the right to cancel invalid registrations to ensure that entry is limited to bona fide trade visitors.

Alternatively our onsite registration staff will be able to assist you upon arrival with printing your visitor access card.

Arriving onsite without having access to your E-ticket or you’ve forgotten it, please advise our onsite registration staff as they will be able to assist you. You will not have to complete another registration form; your record will be on the database.

Yes, please email autovisitor@iecgroup.com.au with your registration number and name.

Simply log back into the registration form using your registration number and email address, and add which sessions you would like to attend. You will receive an updated e-ticket once completed.

When registering, you have the option to add colleagues to your registration. These colleagues will then receive their own confirmation and e-ticket for entry.

Yes, you are welcome to register at the onsite registration counter at the entrance. However we recommend pre-registering to save you time. All registrations will require business identification.

Final year Tertiary or TAFE students currently enrolled in a relevant course may attend on the final day ONLY provided they have an appropriate student identification card.

Any groups larger than 6 students must apply in writing to the Organiser for approval. Details must include institution, course, number of students and preferred attendance time. Email: autovisitor@iecgroup.com.au

STUDENTS MUST NOT REGISTER TO ATTEND, but simply present their student identification at the registration desk located at the entrance. Student badges are issued onsite from the Registration Desk. No Student badges are available prior to the event. Any students who register to attend will have their registration declined.

This applies to the free Trade Display only. Students are welcome to book and attend any of the education sessions.

Entry is restricted to Trade Only.

Trade registered attendees are entitled to bring along ONE accompanying guest to the free Trade Display. Guests are NOT to be registered in any circumstance. An accompanying guest pass must be collected from the registration counter onsite only. Guest passes are not available prior to attendance. Guests must be accompanied by their trade visitor at all times.
Children under 16 may attend if accompanied by an adult at all times.

There are no child minding facilities available at the venue. Children must not be registered; children do not need to obtain a guest pass.
If your guest qualifies as a trade visitor, registration is recommended.

Most international Visitors to Australia will require a Visa to enter the country.

For Government details on Visas visit Australian Government Immigration site at www.immi.gov.au. Remember if you need to make a Visa Application make sure you do so well in advance as there is usually a processing period involved.
